TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Should you wish to return or exchange your item we are happy to do this for you if the following steps are taken.
Please email within 7 days of your purchase with your original order number.
Items must be returned via tracked post or track courier. Return shipping costs for the return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
MASAMI clothing is not responsible for the safety of the item(s) in transit.
The item must be sent within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Once the product has been received, a quality check will take place to ensure the item is in original condition, unworn, with original tags intact.
Our return policy does not apply on sale/reduced items. No refund or exchange on sale goods.
Orders placed with MASAMI will be processed within standard working hours Monday to Friday. Any orders received outside of these times will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times are an approximate guide only. Masami clothing takes no responsibility for delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances affecting freight.
A physical address is required when placing an order. The package will require a signature. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.
Please note any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All prices are in NZ dollars and include 15% GST (Goods and Services tax).
Payment may be made by any of the methods specified on the website at the time of purchase.
Once an order has been confirmed we are unable to cancel this order so please choose wisely. You will however still be able to return the goods subject to conditions stated above for a full refund.
We endeavour to provide the most accurate images, descriptions, and colour representation for all our garments however please be aware that some images may appear differently on different screens. Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries about a particular garment.
We try out best to keep our stock levels accurate and up to date. Should the garment you ordered be out of stock for any reason, we will refund you immediately and/or do our best to find you a replacement. Please note that even though this refund will be immediate, it can take 2-3 days to show up in your account once processed.
Should you wish to place a special order of a sold out item, or from a previous capsule, please contact us directly to enquire about this. Special orders are subject to textile availability and will be subject to a surcharge. Please email Julie at MASAMI or call 0274699491
